Galentines Day Workout with protein shake social. Bring your gals (+pals) and get your sweat on in the name of love. Allison will lead you through a heart pumping cardio and strength workout set to a soundtrack of your go to songs to scream with your bffs. Singing along highly encouraged! Healing Breathwork w/ Celine Antoine
This specific breathwork, also called circular breath, is a potent active technique that helps release stress, anxiety and stuck emotions in the body.
It also helps to strengthen your intuition and connection to self; as a result you can have insights or profound breakthroughs.
It's a powerful tool to bring you from your busy mind to the wisdom of your heart where your purest intention and inner wisdom reside.

Movement Synthesis w/ Kacie Devaney
Come Synthesize your mind and body with Kacie in this one of a kind full body working ending in 15 minutes of guided meditation and breathwork. Get your cardio on in the first 30 minutes as Kacie leads simple energetic dance movements where you will drip sweat, boost your metabolism and have fun! Transition to the mat for a hybrid of Pilates, Yoga and Floor Barre to strengthen and lengthen muscles you never knew you had! The workshop will conclude with a 15 minute guided meditation; expanding your mind-body connection.

In this In this workshop, participants will be led in meditation and learn about an aspect of the system of Reiki. An experimental experience of feeling energy will be taught and discussed.

Mobility and Balance
Feel better in your body!
This workshop will explore movement through balance drills and mobility exercises. In the workshop we will work through of series of exercises using bands, blocks and foam rollers as a way to increase range of motion, build strength and improve balance.

Pilates Fundamentals
We will break down the basic fundamentals of Pilates and the details involved in each exercise. A great workshop for not only the beginner but experienced practitioner to depend your understanding of Pilates.

Indulge in a morning of self-care with Dani's signature Roll & Release workshop. Join her on Sunday, April 14th, as she guides you through self-massage techniques using therapy balls to release tension in your feet, hips, and upper back. The workshop concludes with relaxing Restorative Poses.
