Pilates Classes We Offer:

  • An amazing blend of cardio and Pilates. Playing with tempo, and standing work to increase your heart rate. This class in taught in intervals doing a mat exercise 45-60 seconds at a time followed with cardio blasts such as jumping jacks, mountain climbers and much more.

    Duration: 60 minutes

  • Mat Pilates is a pilates training practice that can be done on a mat, meaning, no reformer is used. In this class, you hold movements like planks, side planks, and core exercises to build your muscle groups and core strength. Props can be added including weights, bands, balls or rings.

    Duration: 60 minutes

  • This is the perfect class for those who can't decide to take Pilates or Yoga. You will flow through your vinyasa with Pilates exercises in between. Amazingly fun and yet challenging.
