About the Instructor
Lauren "LG" Estigarribia is a Native New Yorker, born in Brooklyn, currently living in Harlem, and has been practicing yoga in NYC and internationally for over 25 years. As one of the original instructors of the intenSati Method at both Equinox , Google, Citi and Bank of America, initially LG's feeling was to continue her yoga practice as a student only rather than teach. Over the last five years, LG decided it was time to share the gifts of her Yoga and Meditation training with others. LG's goal is for students to be present on their mats and for each student to get what he/she/they need out of the class and encourages students to do what elevates their heart and soul. Come to class to Move Your Body and Stay for the (not-what-you-expect-in-a-yoga-class) Tunes!
