Full Body Strength/Cardio
Revive is the lifted version of Rooted. This class takes the format of Rooted and adds energetic cardio bursts at a slightly elevated tempo. We allow the music to act as the driving force as we move through every part of the body.

Full Body Strength Training
In this class we work on the foundation of standard exercises exploring squats, lunges, pushups and more with a focus on correct alignment. Each exercise is first taught in its most basic form; subsequent reps offer variations and modifications, working toward full-body engagement.

In this class we focus on working the entire body from the ground up. With each movement pattern we focus on alignment and function with options to meet you at your level. Each song in Rooted is specifically chosen with the rhythm in mind to aid in the execution of each exercise.

A physical therapy based training (PTBT) approach to movement to prevent injury, reduce pain and promote sustainability.

Interval Training/Boxing
In the class we integrate boxing into a simple yoga/mobility flow for a fluid yet upbeat movement experience. We use boxing techniques to challenge the body and build endurance, and yoga to increase body awareness and mobility. This class is done barefoot without equipment.
No boxing experience needed.

This class combines elements from our three pillars of movement: yoga, pilates and strength. We will work within a yoga sequence, integrating strength exercises throughout. The class will finish with a pilates floor series and a short savasana.

Work on your flexibility and core strength in our various TRX classes.
TRX is total body suspension training. Created by the Navy Seals. It will elevate your heart rate while easily being modified up or down to meet you at your fitness level.
TRX Suspension builds strength and increases mobility. Classes are always taught with a clear focus on correct alignment.
