Description:

In this workshop, we will work through a variety of mobility and strength exercises using blocks, bands and foam rollers. Each exercise will work towards an increase in range of motion and general body awareness.

What you will learn:

This workshop will teach how to move more efficiently with an increase of control and awareness for every day tasks.
