Yoga Classes We Offer:

Fundamentals - This is a slower-paced class geared towards those newer to yoga or preferring a gentle class. Time is spent breaking down sun salutations and the other traditional yoga poses fundamental to a Vinyasa practice. Props and modifications are offered for proper alignment and ease in the postures. Great for beginners.

Align - This class is steady paced with less emphasis on flow and more attention on clear alignment of postures. The steady pace of the practice allows you the time to get into and out of the poses safely. Props and modifications are always offered to accommodate every students’ level and needs. Great for those newer to yoga or who want to move more slowly.

A Vinyasa style, flow based practice with an emphasis on repetitive and dynamic movements including sun salutations to get the heart rate up and energize. These classes may include deeper backbends, inversions, and arm balances guided by the instructor. Props and modifications are always offered to accommodate every students’ level and needs. Some yoga experience is recommended. Often accompanied by music.

Flow & Restore - This well-rounded evening class opens with Vinyasa Flow for the first half of the practice and ends with juicy restorative poses, deep hip openers and/or relaxing forward bends. Perfect to ease away the day and prepare you for a restful night's sleep.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that involves holding passive, seated or lying postures for several minutes at a time. It focuses on stretching and targeting the connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, to increase flexibility and promote deep relaxation. Yin Yoga encourages mindfulness and meditative awareness, making it a calming practice that helps balance the energetic and physical body.
