FLOW: YogaJam: Breathe, Move, Awaken The Self - Fun, Soulful, Prana-Based Vinyasa Flow with Dance Elements
2:00-3:30pm ($35)
This spirit-focused Vinyasa practice is guided by your own vibration. A vibrant flow, designed as a true connection of one’s breath to movement, as well as a deep listening practice to one’s unique inner-rhythm and specific needs. This is a Prana-elevating, meditative practice that combines clear alignment ques and postures with the freedom to make your own choices and choreograph your own dance. The result is a playful and energizing practice that will awaken your Pranic energy and connect you to layers beyond your physical shell. Breath and vibration are the essence of life. Your soul will wake up from a nap to a dance. Step by step, breath by breath, shape by shape - you climb up to a higher state of... YOGA. This is bliss, this is fun.
RESTORE: Sound Healing with Live Voice - A Unique, Specialty Workshop
4:00-5:30pm ($45)
Vibration is in all of us. It is the essence of our existence. The sound of the universe is the sound of our Prana - is the sound expressed in our ohms. Awakening this vibration, connecting to it and merging with it, can be deeply transformative and healing. Join Yuval Samburski for this unique, deep healing vibrational event: a therapeutic sound journey, supported by live-voice chanting, breathwork and the power of prayer. Yuval will share a unique combination of musical instruments (chimes, Sansula, Tibetan bowls, and more) together with live voice chants, to create a vibrational elevation of the space outside as well as inside of us. In this complex musical landscape, vibrations come together to merge. Float into transformative, healing magic from deep within.
