Explore the anatomy of breath and its influence on posture, balance, and stability, connect your diaphragm and pelvic floor for improved core support, balance pressure through your ribs, spine, and pelvis and use your breath to shift from stress to calm.
This 90-minute workshop includes 45 minutes of education and self-assessment followed by 45 minutes of Pilates mat work to integrate what you've learned into movement.
