Simba

Simba’s passion for the arts and wellness goes hand in hand. With a background in performance and movement, he brings presence, rhythm, and awareness into every session. As a certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, and corrective exercise specialist, Simba teaches that progress isn’t found in speed, but in presence and intention.

His approach bridges science and soul, encouraging mindful strength, mobility, and alignment. In Simba’s classes, you’ll learn to challenge your body without disconnecting from it. You’ll sweat, breathe, and leave grounded stronger in more ways than one.

Guided by his mantra, “The correction is the exercise,” Simba creates a space where awareness becomes the foundation for transformation. Soulful, intentional, and deeply human his work reminds you that the body is the doorway back to yourself. Meet him at your Mat!
