Jo

Sarah “Jo” is a long-time avid cyclist and outdoors person, having grown up in the Pacific Northwest, skiing and backpacking the Rockies, and biking alongside the tributaries of the Columbia River and through the Palouse. She brought her love of movement to Harlem nearly five years ago when she joined the leadership committee for Rosie’s Run Club, and led rides across the city with the Brompton cyclist community. Coaching conditioning and indoor cycling fitness classes is another way she brings the joy of movement to people in her community; empowering people of all ages and abilities to develop a relationship with activity that furthers their embodiment and overall wellbeing.

Deni

Deni Wilson is a Los Angeles–born spin instructor who brings feel-good energy, great music, and a seriously good sweat to every ride. As a former Division I volleyball player at UC Santa Barbara, she brings strength, positivity, and the enthusiasm of elite athletics to every ride.

Deni’s deep love of music and creativity shape every class, creating a space to connect with yourself, move without judgment, and recharge both body and mind. Whether she’s playing piano, writing songs, or curating the perfect playlist, rhythm and storytelling are at the heart of her rides.

When she’s not on the bike, you can find her writing at a café, running through the city, directing and editing film and music videos, or coaching volleyball.
