This specific breathwork, also called circular breath, is a potent active technique that helps release stress, anxiety and stuck emotions in the body. It also helps to strengthen your intuition and connection to self; as a result you can have insights or profound breakthroughs. It's a powerful tool to bring you from your busy mind to the wisdom of your heart where your purest intention and inner wisdom reside.

If you are feeling stressed out, are holding in too many emotions or you're lacking connection to yourself, this class is for you!

I'm originally from France and I moved to NYC in 2000.

My spiritual journey started in 2004 during a trip to India where I fell in love with yoga; its physical practice, the reverence to the body and its spiritual aspect. It was a huge eye opener. And since then, my connection to spirit and the invisible grew bigger and bigger.

I've been teaching yoga for the past 17 years mainly in NYC and on Shelter Island where I relocated in 2023. I teach group classes, retreats and private sessions. And I’ve led many teacher trainings for Yogaworks for over a decade in the United States and in France.

I'm honored to have been recognized for my work and I had the pleasure of writing 5 books for the French market about yoga and specific issues. They are part of a Yoga Therapy collection.

As a certified breathwork guide, it’s been my great joy to offer healing breathwork sessions the past few years helping people release stress, anxiety and stuck emotions from their body and reconnect to the pure intention of their heart.

I'm a highly sensitive person and it took me a long time to be able to work with it rather than feeling it was a disadvantage in life. It's actually what allows me to connect to energy, to feel what others are experiencing. Through my sensitivity and through trainings, I honed my intuitive abilities to offer guidance to people with my « soul readings ».

My readings allow them to feel heard, seen and understood on a soul level and give them clarity where they might feel stuck.

During my downtime, you'll find me walking in nature. Nature feeds and nurtures me, especially the water and the forest. It is always a source of inspiration and it gives me a sense of belonging.
