An introduction into subtle body and meditation
Hands on adjustments
How to observe and see bodies
The art of the voice

Yoga history and philosophy
Sanskrit names of the postures
In addition to learning all of the above, it’s an excellent way to become part of a like-minded community, make lifelong friends and have fun!
Make-Up Policy:
Trainees may miss up to two full weekends (these must be made up).
Saturdays are virtual, and make-up will involve watching recordings and submitting a written assignment based on the missed content.
For other missed days:
Option 1:
Two “make-up” days will be offered—each a 3-hour session—designed to cover as much missed content as possible. The sessions will be small groups, allowing us to focus on key material.
One session will be held midway through the training, and the other towards the end—exact dates to be determined.
Trainees may attend one session at no extra cost.
One 3-hour session equals one full weekend of missed training (excluding Saturday), totaling 11 hours.
If a trainee misses two full weekends and wishes to attend both make-up sessions, the second session will be $50.
Option 2:
A 2-hour private session for 11 hours of missed training at an additional cost of $250.
These can be shared with other trainees who missed the same days/hours.
