Dani Zuccheri
Dani Z is a highly respected and sought-after yoga teacher located on the Upper West Side of New York City. She earned her BFA from SUNY Purchase and an E-RYT500 certification through YogaWorks, where she taught classes and Teacher Trainings at the 200HR and 300HR level from 2012-2020. In addition to her YogaWorks certification, Dani holds several other certifications including Yoga Tune Up®, Thai Massage, and various anatomy and kinesiology certifications.
Dani's teaching style is heavily influenced by her experience and understanding of biomechanics, anatomy, and the connection between body and mind. She focuses on moving the body safely and fluidly, connecting with her students, and empowering them.
You can always expect Dani to meet you on the mat with an open heart and a good dose of humility.

TUITION & REGISTRATION
Full Tuition: $3500 by January 1st
Early Bird: $3200 by November 1st
Payment Plan: Four payments of $875, paid by January 1st
Registration Fee: $500 non-refundable goes towards tuition
DETAILS
The YogaWorks 200-Hour Program is a foundational training designed to provide people a transformational experience. It will take one’s personal practice to a whole new level and they will gain a deeper understanding of the many layers of yoga. For those who want to teach, they will learn the skills to teach an inspired and intelligent yoga class, marking the beginning of a successful career as a yoga teacher. In the training students will learn:
The proper alignment, benefits and potential risks of the foundational yoga postures
Principles of anatomy and how they apply to each posture
The science and art of sequencing a yoga class
An introduction into subtle body and meditation
Hands on adjustments
How to observe and see bodies
The art of the voice
Confidence through practice teaching
Yoga history and philosophy
Sanskrit names of the postures
In addition to learning all of the above, it’s an excellent way to become part of a like-minded community, make lifelong friends and have fun!
