Is your body in knots from the cold and unforgiving winter? Join Dani for her signature self-care workshop: Roll & Release. In this 75 minute workshop, Dani will guide you through a series of self-massage techniques using therapy balls (provided by Method Collective) to roll out the major areas of tension in the body- mainly in the feet, hips, and upper back. The workshop will conclude with your blissful body surrendering into sweet and nourishing Restorative Poses. Dani’s 10:30am Yoga Align class is the perfect precursor to this Spring Cleaning workshop.
