Meg
Meg teaches in and around NYC. She fell (literally) into a yoga regiment due to sports injuries and - nearly two decades later - she primarily leads practices for others. She has trained with many different modalities, but prefers to mix them all up and share what is most accessible to any and all that are willing to learn. In her classes she works to offer concepts and teachings that will encourage a new practitioner as well as challenge a seasoned yogi.
